We have clients in a wide range of industries that motivates us to offer a really diverse array of materials handling product solutions. We have built trusting relationships between promotion, service and manufacturing teams so that we could assure you that all machinery are made to the highest quality standards and that you would receive the continuous support you require when you have a Hyster equipment on your work site.

Every product that Hyster sells goes through a nine stage development process from initial concept and design to the manufacturing and selling of the product. Every stage of the development process has been created to ensure product quality over the lifetime of the machinery. Hyster testing centers could simulate the life cycle of a forklift to ensure that the machinery performs as designed and that it lasts.

In order to be certain that we know what all our clients truly want, Hyster performs a great deal of research about client needs. All this research is then utilized to the products design. Designs are built using cutting edge computer aided design techniques which help to reduce the risk of weak points and ensure that positioning of all parts are optimal for both performance and servicing needs. Next, prototypes are made in cooperation with experts and specialists in ergonomics and compartment design. Every component and prototype is put through rigorous life cycle testing to find and correct any problems that could reduce the life of a machine or a part to a less than optimal level. When a machinery comes out of the testing stage of development, we would like to be sure that it would function to a high standard. Testing in real life settings is also carried out so that we can collect more information on the performance of the machine and be confident that it will meet the standards needed to complete the job.
